Custom storefront design
A store that looks like your brand, not a template, and works on every screen size.
Arabic & English with full RTL
Customers shop in their language with a layout that reads naturally from right to left.
Catalogue & variants
Sizes, colours and options managed cleanly, with stock per variant.
Migration & import
Move products, images and URLs from Shopify or spreadsheets without losing search traffic.
Checkout & order rules
Delivery zones, minimum orders, cash on delivery and product-specific restrictions.
Platform customisation
Plugins and features such as product builders, assistants or a mobile API.
Pricing & inventory integration
Prices and stock fed from your ERP or POS instead of being typed twice.
Hosting, security & backups
HTTPS, hardened admin access, monitoring and nightly backups from day one.
Mobile apps
CrystalMindShop: a shopping app connected to the store
A Flutter mobile app for nopCommerce stores. It uses the same products, prices, customers and orders as the website, so nothing has to be maintained twice.
The screens below are real screenshots from an Android test build (7 October 2026), using a test account and a sample catalogue. A public download is not offered yet, and no iOS build is published.
Shown working in the app
- Home, search and category browsing
- Product options with price changes
- Wishlist and cart
- Sign-up, sign-in and saved addresses
- Checkout with shipping and payment methods
- Order confirmation and order history
Connected through a custom store API
A nopCommerce plugin gives the app its own secure API: signed tokens, sign-out on every device, and automatic token revocation when a password changes. Version 1.0.2 is deployed on a demo store.

ERP & integration
Connect your store to the systems that run your business
An online store is only as good as the data behind it. Integrations keep items, prices, stock and orders consistent between e-commerce, ERP and point of sale, so teams stop re-keying and customers stop seeing wrong stock.
Illustrative. The real architecture depends on your systems, data volumes and how often data must change.
What the integration layer handles
- Item & variant sync
- Price sync
- Inventory sync
- Order transfer
- POS & retail data
- API integration
- Middleware
- Scheduled background jobs
- Retry handling
- Error logging & alerts
- Data mapping & transformation
- Reconciliation reports
Systems and where they stand
Honest status for each system: what has been demonstrated, where the experience comes from, and what can be built new for you.

AI & automation
AI assistants that know your business and know their limits
Custom assistants and agents designed for defined tasks, using your approved information. They support your team; they do not act unchecked.
Customer support agent
- Answers frequent questions
- Explains products and services
- Retrieves approved shipping and return policies
- Helps customers find relevant products
- Collects inquiry details
- Hands complex requests to your staff
Sales assistant
- Understands what the customer needs
- Recommends products from approved information
- Explains differences between products
- Captures sales inquiries
- Helps staff organise incoming leads
Internal business assistant
- Searches approved business documents
- Summarises operational information
- Answers employee questions
- Retrieves authorised data from connected systems
- Produces structured summaries and reports
Company knowledge assistant
- Product catalogues and specifications
- Manuals, PDF and Word documents
- Internal policies
- Approved knowledge bases
- Authorised business data
Your knowledge, not a model trained from scratch
Most business assistants do not need a custom-trained model. With retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), the assistant searches your approved documents and data at question time and answers from what it finds, with sources. The right approach depends on the use case, the quality of your data, security requirements and the infrastructure available.
Built-in safeguards
- Authentication and role-based access
- Data access limited to what each user may see
- Defences against prompt injection
- Input and output validation
- Careful handling of sensitive information
- Logging and monitoring
- Human approval for consequential actions
Running example: Shop Assistant
On the Dejavu ShoesStore demo, a guided assistant turns requests such as “black sneakers size 40 under 3000” or “سنيكرز مقاس 39” into the store's own filters and shows matching products with live stock. It is deliberately bounded: read-only, no checkout, no personal data, and no API key in the browser.

AI & automation
Workflow automation
Repetitive work such as copying orders, sending updates and compiling reports can run on its own, reliably and with an audit trail. Automation platforms such as n8n connect your store, ERP, email and messaging tools, with custom code where a platform is not enough.
- Less repetitive manual work
- Faster information flow
- Better visibility
- Fewer avoidable errors
- More consistent operations
Example workflows
These are example designs to show what can be automated. They are not claims of systems already running for a client.
-
New order to ERP
Concept- Problem
- Web orders are re-typed into the ERP by hand.
- Automated process
- Each paid order is validated, mapped and posted to the ERP; failures are retried and reported.
- Systems
- Online store · ERP
- Outcome
- Orders reach operations in minutes, without re-keying.
-
Low-stock alerts
Concept- Problem
- Best sellers run out before anyone notices.
- Automated process
- Stock levels are checked on a schedule; items below threshold trigger a message to purchasing.
- Systems
- ERP / POS · WhatsApp or email
- Outcome
- Re-ordering starts before sales are lost.
-
Daily sales report
Concept- Problem
- Managers wait for spreadsheets to be assembled.
- Automated process
- Sales by channel and branch are compiled every morning and sent as a short summary.
- Systems
- Store · POS · email
- Outcome
- Everyone starts the day with the same numbers.
-
Inquiry routing
Concept- Problem
- Messages from forms and chat get lost between people.
- Automated process
- Inquiries are classified and assigned to the right person, with a reminder if unanswered.
- Systems
- Website · email · CRM
- Outcome
- Faster, trackable replies to customers.
-
Price list update
Concept- Problem
- Price changes are applied to each channel manually.
- Automated process
- Approved price lists are pushed from the ERP to the store and POS on a schedule.
- Systems
- ERP · online store · POS
- Outcome
- Consistent prices everywhere.
-
Integration health monitor
Concept- Problem
- Sync errors are discovered by customers first.
- Automated process
- Failed jobs and unusual delays raise an alert with the details needed to fix them.
- Systems
- Integration layer · alerts
- Outcome
- Problems fixed before they reach customers.

About
Where software, commerce and operations meet
I am Ahmed Salah. For more than sixteen years I have worked in IT and business applications, leading teams while staying close to the implementation itself: configuring ERP and POS systems, designing integrations, building e-commerce platforms and running them on servers I operate.
My focus is the point where business processes meet systems. I care that what is delivered actually runs, that the data is right, and that your team can rely on it every day.
